The builders are not paying development fees after passing the map from the Agra Development Authority. Plot and building price in the name of Approvated increased, but facilities like road, drain, sewer line did not increase. 10 builders owe more than Rs 50 crore of external development fee. Map defaulters also owe ADA Rs 110 crore.

In the 147th meeting of the ADA Board on Tuesday under the chairmanship of the Mandalayukta Shailendra Kumar Singh of Agra, the flow of flow development fee has been increased by Rs 102 per square meter. It has increased from Rs 2361 to Rs 2463 per square meter. Here, the ADA is tightening the grip on builders and defaulters who do not deposit the flowing development fees. Recovery Certificate (RC) is being issued for recovery of development fee through land revenue.
